BC Soccer Provincial B Girls Championships are Coming! Calling All Volunteers!

This July Kelowna has the fantastic opportunity to host the 2012 BC Soccer Provincial B Girls Championships.  COYSA has a strong team of committed individuals who are taking care of all the preliminary planning and organizing to ensure this year’s event will be both successful and unforgettable for players and parents alike.  This is the easy part of hosting an event with over one thousand attendees.  Read more here

The time is near for the GIRLS U13- U18 PROVINCIAL SOCCER CHAMPIONSHIP!    Hosting such an event successfully will require many volunteers.    As many hands make for light work,   we are looking to see volunteers from each kelowna soccer family. (especially those teams involved)

Please consider the following:
1)   We are looking for a minimum of 2 hour volunteer commitment.

2)   Please check off all times you could be available.  Use this form to record your availability.

3)   Are there other members of your family (daughter) that could also commit.

4)   Please put your name, phone number and email in the time slots that work.

On behalf of all the participating teams and the organizing committee, we thank you very much for your support!  Please use the attached list to indicate your availability.  It is a great experience for our players to be able to be at home and a wonderful opportunity for the soccer community as a whole to Host this awesome event.

There will be over 800 athletes here and we need all the help we can get to make this successful for the visiting teams as well as our own players.
